• Hong Kong: Local delivery via SF Express, Lalamove, or equivalent couriers.
• International (including Macau): Shipped via international logistics partners depending on destination.

2｜Processing & Dispatch Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
• You will receive an email or SMS with tracking information once your order is shipped.
• In the event of delays (e.g., inventory issues, address errors), we will notify you directly.

3｜Estimated Delivery Time

Hong Kong	1–3 business days
Overseas/Macau	7–14 business days (varies by region)

Please note: Delays due to customs, weather, or peak seasons may occur.

4｜Shipping Fee & Free Shipping

• Hong Kong:
  ⎯ Free shipping on orders over HK$300
  ⎯ A flat rate of HK$30 for orders below
• International (including Macau):
  ⎯ Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location and weight
  ⎯ Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes, if applicable

• A tracking number will be sent once your order has been dispatched
• Click the tracking link provided in your email/SMS to follow your shipment status
• For unresolved delays, contact us directly

6｜Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We reserve the right to charge an additional shipping fee if the order is returned due to:
